I was Born in the Flour!

I was making pasta since i was teeneager, in our family business, learned the basic from my Mum, the master Sfoglina! :)
At the age of 22 took over the business and grew my passion in Pastry production, Banqueting and Catering.




Mediterranean Tapas & Mezzes
Zaytoun Restaurant is at Crowne Plaza DFC where I did ​​the setup, the food concept and the launching of Mediterreanean Tapas and Mezzes, also, designed all the hand made terracotta croqueries, set up the buffet station, and live cooking.
Hosted many events like
"Mondo Lambrusco", "Dubai Rugby7" and "Twitter by Du Launch in UAE"

My set up of Deli Gourmet was displayed also in various hotels in UAE, same with my pastry production then had Cooking Classes held in Intercontinental Hotel for the past years for those who have passion for food and cooking. The experience gave them the opportunity to learn how
to make authentic Italian food.
